Smokehouse Mac
The smokehouse mac with brisket was absolutely to die for!! The lacto-kooler beer has become our favorite beer, we drive 3 hours one way just to come eat and we always buy a few 4 packs to go home with!!! We wish they would sell the lacto in a keg so that we can keep a keg of it at home!!!!
Brisket Grilled Cheese
Review of Voodoo Brewing Company's Brisket Grilled Cheese sandwich. Voodoo Brewing Company hosts some of the most solid craft beer selections in Colorado Springs. In addition they have an extensive menu to accompany their fine selection of beverages. The Brisket Grilled Cheese consists of an ample portion of candied burnt end smoked beef brisket, both cheddar and pepper Jack cheeses, along with caramelized onions to add an additional kiss of sweetness! It is served on toasted sourdough bread and is accompanied by their staple Pub Chips or they can substituted with hand cut fries, jalapeno slaw, or beer cheese macaroni for just a smidge more. The sandwich is hearty and left me full but not heavy. It nails the balance between sweat and savory as well as smokiness without being acrid or artificial tasting. It is definitely something I would come back for again and again. Nice job again Voodoo!!! Another hit out of the park!!!
Schnitzengiggle
The schnitz sandwich was awesome. Just the right amount of saurekraut on a thin pork patty was to die for. Pairing it with the schnitzen giggle or the voodoo love child or even the thunder lizard to can not go wrong.
Green Chili Gouda Fries
This is my favorite thing on the menu. Great balance of cheese, green chile and pulled pork. Big enough for an appetizer to share or my wife and I just get this by itself with beer.
Turkey BLT-A
Ive been to this location (even ladt night lol) 4 times just thid month...bringing friends and family to try seasonal beers and the food is FANTASTIC...the owner is amazing just trying to stay above water in this crazy era we are in, and the employees are amazing!!! Thank you for bringing a great location to COS
Peter Piper's Pickled Pepper and Pepperoni Pizza (P6)
Got it with cauliflower crust, loved it. Exactly what it says it is. Affordable! Service was awesome and bartender was super kind! 10/10 would god again
Buffalo Chicken Mac
First time going in as we recently moved here. This looks like a super cool place from the outside and is really really close to our house so we thought we would stop in for a bite and drinks. We Ordered the buffalo mac & cheese, and a pepperoni pizza. Both of these items were phenomenal, but especially the Buffalo mac & cheese, it was absolutely delicious! Ironically, I believe it is supposed to come with grilled chicken, but they happen to be out of grilled chicken that day so they asked if we would be OK substituting it with the fried chicken. This was the best accident that could've happened and I will never order it a different way. Highly recommend it will definitely be returning for more Mac and pizza. Drinks were also really good love the atmosphere great service.
